THE SHORT VERSION

The army construction rules require Luthor Harkon and a minimum number of Core units while increasing character, Special and Rare allowances with army size. Fleet Captains provide wight weaponry and the optional battle standard; the ethereal Syreen weakens enemies with an automatic spectral call. Detailed entries then specify the sizes, equipment and costs of infantry, beasts and artillery, including the unusual requirement that Queen Bess consumes both a Special and a Rare slot.
