They Came from Outer Space

THE SHORT VERSION

Andy Hoare talks to Phil Kelly, Jes Goodwin and Roberto Cirillo about renewing the Tyranids without discarding their established identity. Kelly integrates custom hive fleets into each brood’s options, strengthens Synapse protection and develops the Broodlord and new Lictor rules; Goodwin carries consistent six-limbed anatomy and details from early miniatures into the new plastics. Cirillo describes coordinating organic concepts with sculpting and game requirements, while the studio explains Leviathan’s distinctive pale flesh and purple carapace.
