’Eavy Metal Showcase: Keith Robertson

June 2005·pp. 118–120

THE SHORT VERSION

Keith Robertson recounts being recruited after a Dundee store recommendation and becoming the ’Eavy Metal supervisor after six and a half years. His personal collection mixes favourite sculpts across systems, from a Mordheim Freelancer and Dark Elf characters to Yarrick and Inquisitor-scale figures. His own Sons of Orar and Tyranids exchange colour-matched trophies, while his Ogre army substitutes Halflings for Gnoblars. He argues that variety keeps painting fresh, and the gallery illustrates fine detail without supplying named recipes.
