Street fighting inside the first circle of Minas Tirith pits Gandalf and the defenders against the Witch-king’s force. Burning buildings funnel the action into the open, and victory goes to the first side that reduces its opponent to a quarter strength. A late chance of hearing the Rohirrim’s horns can force the Witch-king to leave, giving the battle a connection to events outside the walls. A points-match option allows different forces to attempt the same encounter.
