Andy Hoare introduces campaign wargear that records participation in the Eye of Terror rather than simply adding another combat advantage. Loyalist scrolls, standards and relics alter experience or advancement, while captured banners and dark icons give Chaos armies their own rewards and risks. Orks and Dark Eldar use grisly trophies to assert their leaders’ authority. Recovery and loss rules make each honour a visible part of an army’s developing history.
