Hobby Hangout: Ghyranite Scenery
April 2026·pp. 92–95
THE SHORT VERSION
Andrew creates overgrown ruins for the campaign in Ghyran, treating terrain as the visual setting that makes a battle belong to a particular place. Shaped XPVC bases define gameplay boundaries and leave room for slate, twigs and vegetation, while subdued, varied stone suggests architecture slowly reclaimed by nature. A detailed paint sequence and a separate mossy-scenery contribution from Dan show how different collections can still share a coherent battlefield.
