THE SHORT VERSION

The designers modernise the Phoenix Lords by preserving defining weapons, helmets and silhouettes while removing details that no longer fit the Aeldari aesthetic. Asurmen commands in profile, Jain Zar becomes an exaggerated acrobat, Baharroth forms a rising Y and Maugan Ra a grim X. Fuegan’s planted power pose and Lhykhis emerging through a broken web of Warp energy express two further fighting identities without relying on extra ornament alone.
