The Sautekh Dynasty survives the Great Sleep relatively intact but almost destroys itself in a succession war before Imotekh takes command. His disciplined conquests, terrifying storms and carefully observed duelling codes establish an expanding empire. The account then follows his opposition to the Silent King’s Pariah Nexus, where honourable challenges, captured dolmen gates and defecting vassals turn an external campaign into a calculated Necron civil war.
