Adjutant-Malleate Ignice Van’s in-world report explains how Hammerhal’s Grand Conclave works through smaller sessions, voting customs and competing civic interests. Its ideal of 244 delegates derives from Azyrheim, but city-specific posts and tensions between Azyrites, Reclaimed Aqshians and Ghyranites complicate the machinery of government. Descriptions of the fortified Stormrift Palace and leading officials show how military command, harvests, engineering, espionage and religion all contend within a functioning but imperfect institution.

Painting Question: Realmscape Terrain
