THE SHORT VERSION

Jake Bowley plans a large converted Chaos horde and starts by fixing a repeatable scheme that also tells its story. Dark blue armour with icy highlights suggests warriors hardened by a desolate homeland, contrasted by invented bonesteel trim and burgundy capes. Contrast foundations and a white airbrushed stage establish the main colours quickly, leaving room for characterful additions later.
