THE SHORT VERSION

A hostile presence fills the area with shot-rebounding haze and unstable caches. A rebound near an objective may destroy it, raising the value of every surviving objective until a single remaining cache becomes extremely lucrative. The final survival bonus rewards the player with more points of troops left, complicating the temptation to fire recklessly into contested positions.
