Spiderfang Grots: Classic Style
December 2020·pp. 26–27
THE SHORT VERSION
The classic Spider Rider guide uses separate red and green spray undercoats for the spider and rider before assembling the finished model. Layered highlights distinguish chitin, pale underparts, grot skin, wood, metal and small details, with drybrushing offered as an accessible alternative where the many legs make precise brushwork difficult.
