THE SHORT VERSION

A shape-changing replacement wears a dead fighter’s identity, allowing their learned skills to be rebuilt from a far wider range. Fellow gangers remain suspicious, preventing normal leadership cooperation, and post-battle rolls can send the impostor away temporarily or end the deception through permanent disappearance.
