Melissa Holland’s Maw-krusha
February 2018·p. 147
THE SHORT VERSION
Melissa Holland creates the beast’s changing skin colour mostly with drybrushing, carrying each base colour into the adjacent region before shading. The lighter belly and darker back produce a natural transition, while leaving the wings separate allows access to areas that would be awkward after assembly.
