Nagash’s personally fashioned Morghasts stand beside vampires who retain considerable autonomy until their master calls. The vampire account connects Neferata’s origins with Blood Knights, thralls and the danger of degeneration, contrasting outward courtly behaviour with the predatory hunger sustaining these undead rulers.
