Reader’s Model of the Month: Primaris Repulsor
January 2018·p. 141
THE SHORT VERSION
Michał Szymeczko explains how airbrushed preshading establishes the blue tank’s broad colour transitions before glazing and edge highlights refine them. The method uses the underlying light-dark gradient for volume, a blue glaze for saturation and a final pale edge to make the vehicle’s armour panels read clearly.
