Paint Splatter: Plaguebearer of Nurgle
January 2018·pp. 130–131
THE SHORT VERSION
Paul Norton paints a pale, rotten Plaguebearer using overbrushing and drybrushing for the broad skin areas, with optional layering for more controlled highlights. A crimson blood mixture preserves a wet look on the entrails, while the black sword receives cool blue-green edges to distinguish hard, reflective material from leathery flesh.
