Ozga replaces the graceful idea of a Treeman with a creature assembled from a Greater Chaos Spawn and an elemental head. Its body appears built from rotten matter and recovered bones, making the result both sinister and diminished; the accompanying painting discussion values atmosphere, varied texture and colour over a literal naturalistic finish.
