Conran’s Contest of Considerable Challenge

THE SHORT VERSION

Conran offers a diversion in which an experienced adventurer has better odds of gaining another skill. Failure can inflict a lasting injury, while outstanding success brings money as well as learning, making the activity a compact decision about how much danger a hero should accept before returning to the dungeon.

Elf Balls: Soulstone Ball

This optional ball lets Elven Union players draw on the abilities of teammates already removed from play. A carrier can temporarily borrow an eligible skill from the Dead and Injured box, or gain an unsettling presence when no such teammate is available, turning casualties into an unusual tactical resource without permanently changing the player.
