Last Stand of the Crimson Fists

THE SHORT VERSION

Matt’s depleted Crimson Fists defend hurried barricades against Dan Harden’s Orks, unsure when help will appear. Dreadnought counterattacks destroy major walkers, but transports, Nobz and dangerous Mek Gunz reduce the defenders to a handful of warriors and damaged machines. Primaris reinforcements arrive in Matt’s third turn and reverse the battle. Kantor kills the Warboss, Aggressors crush Nobz and fresh firepower breaks the remaining assault, securing survival for the Chapter; both players reflect on force fields, command-point spending and the unexpectedly entertaining bubblechukka.
