PAINTING·WHITE DWARF 422

In the Spotlight: Mark Mitzman

September 2017·pp. 142–143

THE SHORT VERSION

Mark designs his Destruction army to read brightly from gaming distance, linking Ironjawz and ogors through yellow and turquoise. A scratch-built Grot howdah animates the Rogue Idol, and a straightforward basecoat-and-wash method, pale highlights and metallic scuffing make the infantry coherent. Returning to a favourite Brian Nelson Shaman connects the new collection to an older model he still enjoys.
