THE SHORT VERSION
Optional Blood Bowl rules make the new referee figures track growing frustration with unpunished fouls. A Goblin referee eventually inflicts injury, while a Halfling interferes with team re-rolls; punishment or a bribe resets their attention, adding another risk to persistent dirty play.
