The design team recalls a large collaborative effort to renew the Dark Elves. Seb’s sketches and runes guide the shrine’s shapes and the army’s weapons. Dynamic Witch Elf bodies demand careful hair and ranking solutions, then become distinct gladiators through changed heads and equipment. Simpler core infantry retain their own hierarchy, leaving the most elaborate forms to nobles and centrepieces.
