Difficult Conditions: Mission Rule Example
October 2013·p. 53
THE SHORT VERSION
The example reduces the weapon and shooting skill of enemy troops and allied forces exposed to the unfamiliar environment. Several Marine armies and Necrons are exempt. The opposing player receives extra victory points unless their main army is one of those exceptions. Jervis uses the finished wording to illustrate a deliberate compromise between a detailed fictional environment and a rule manageable during play.
