Painting Saim-Hann Armour
June 2013·p. 108
THE SHORT VERSION
A white undercoat supports a bright red finish for Saim-Hann ghost warriors. A crimson wash gives depth before red and orange layers restore the raised surfaces. A pale final highlight sharpens the edges. Keeping the differently coloured helmets separate prevents red from spreading onto their clean white finish.
