Mistress of Monsters
May 2013·pp. 84–87
THE SHORT VERSION
Trish Carden discusses sculpting dragons as intelligent beings with distinct cultural identities. High Elf, Wood Elf, Dark Elf and Chaos examples differ in posture, scales and ornament rather than merely in size. Earlier metal models required careful engineering, while plastic and larger resin projects permit different tails and poses. Adam connects those design decisions to memorable dragons and their riders from the setting.
