Litanies of Faith
February 2013·p. 115
THE SHORT VERSION
Paul Gayner explains the freehand text and scrolls seen throughout his Crimson Heralds. Looking at small-scale document text supplies a useful pattern for convincing miniature writing. He recommends practising designs at their intended size and working outwards from the middle when placing letters. Dan demonstrates the method on a vehicle door, with a shaded parchment sequence supporting the black lettering.
