Keith Robertson’s Ogres: Painting Ogre Skin

December 2012·p. 109

THE SHORT VERSION

Keith’s warm skin finish starts with Cadian Fleshtone and Reikland Fleshshade. The original flesh colour is reapplied to the raised areas, then mixed with Ushabti Bone for a final highlight over the larger muscles and facial details. The compact demonstration explains the warmer appearance of his repainted Ogre collection and is explicitly offered as a method transferable to other skin subjects.
