Battle Report: Warriors of Chaos vs. Ogre Kingdoms

Andrew Kenrick’s almost three-thousand-point Chaos army meets Jes Bickham’s Ogres in Battleline, testing the Warshrine, Skullcrushers, Hellstriders and new character models. Ogre charges initially kill Scyla and drive off the Hellstriders, but a Warshrine Toughness bonus and Festus’s hex prepare a devastating central fight. Valkia destroys the Ironblaster and overruns into the Ironguts, helping break the army’s leaders; by turn four only a Gorger remains. The review stresses the timing and interaction of Chaos support effects, alongside the risk of placing too many Ogre characters in one unit.
