Scything Talons and Toxin Sacs

THE SHORT VERSION
The talons are painted as dark, streaked weapons using grey over Adeptus Battlegrey, a black wash and a pale edge. The toxin sacs instead progress from Dark Angels Green to bright Scorpion Green and white, concentrating light towards the middle. These contrasting treatments separate hard cutting surfaces from translucent-looking poison organs, and the same colours can transfer to claws and hooves elsewhere in the army.
