TACTICS·WHITE DWARF 386

Moria & Angmar

February 2012·pp. 36–37

THE SHORT VERSION

Moria offers inexpensive Goblins supported by monsters and newly available characters, allowing numbers, drums and creatures such as the Dweller in the Dark to work together. Angmar instead combines Orcs with the supernatural servants of the Witch-king, including Barrow-wights, Spectres and Shades. Grant also highlights narrative games in underground passages and bridges, where the setting and unusual deployment opportunities matter alongside the army list.
