THE SHORT VERSION

Ten studio players gather to begin the campaign, drop the first Roks and choose where their heroes will operate. Andrew Kenrick’s Salamanders overcome an Ork attack near Helsreach, and Adam Troke’s new Steel Legion win their debut when a Vanquisher destroys Jim Sowter’s prized Battlewagon. Other games and Phil Kelly’s planned coastal assault show the opening battles growing out of the map’s specific locations and character options.
