’Eavy Metal Masterclass: Daemon Prince of Chaos
August 2010·pp. 96–103
THE SHORT VERSION
Kornel Kozak uses the new Daemon Prince to demonstrate smooth colour fades rather than a conventional single skin tone. Pale flesh darkens through successive blue-purple glazes on the limbs, while cool armour, golden trim, glowing details and dark membranes give each surface a distinct role. Adam Troke follows the stages and Kornel explains why minor base details must remain subordinate to the model’s overall composition.
