Imperial records identify recurring daemonic warbands despite unreliable survivors and shifting loyalties. The Soulmaw chronology suggests a campaign directed against the Silver Skulls, while the Gore Lord’s Brazen Host binds rival daemons through conquest and skull-tithes. An invasion of Lohiac adds a larger alliance brokered by Slaanesh, stopped only when Harlequins and the Eldar’s dark kin give the seers time to seal a Webway portal.
