Morgul Knight Regiment and Thralls of Mordor

THE SHORT VERSION

The revised Morgul Knight entry adds command options to accompany the new plastic miniatures, listing a company cost and upgrades for a commander, banner and horn. Their lances, protection and Terror maintain the regiment’s role as heavy shock cavalry. An accompanying Thralls of Mordor rule allows Black Númenóreans and Morgul Knights in Mordor armies, with the Dark Marshal changing their classification to Common formations.

Building Battlehosts

Painting Knights of Dol Amroth

Duncan Rhodes gives a compact sequence for the Swan Knights’ polished metal, strong blue cloth and cool white heraldry. Black and blue washes define the armour before silver highlights, while progressively lighter blue layers distinguish the cloth.
