Kor’sarro Khan: White Armour and Battle Damage
November 2009·p. 95
THE SHORT VERSION
Thin layers build a warm white over a grey-and-brown foundation. Darker paint defines recesses without turning the armour into a visibly grey surface. Small chips use a deeper interior and a bright edge to suggest depth. The explanation stresses painting order because white exposes stray marks more clearly than darker colours.
