Kor’sarro Khan: Face and Severed Head
November 2009·p. 96
THE SHORT VERSION
The living face and trophy head use related blends with different final impressions. Incremental additions of a pale grey provide smooth transitions rather than obvious stripes. Purple shading and cool highlights give the severed head a lifeless quality. Metallic studs, lips and facial hair receive finishing treatments after the principal skin work.
