June 2009·p. 8

THE SHORT VERSION

Twenty-four plastic Elves form the core of a Lothlórien force. Different weapons allow the collector to assemble several infantry companies. Empire Greatswords

Ten elite infantry form a regiment of heavily armoured veterans. Interchangeable heads, paired weapon arms and additional equipment provide variety. The components also mix with the surrounding Empire range. The release supplies useful material for the extensive conversion workshop later in the issue.

Marius Leitdorf

The Mad Count receives a mounted figure that combines aristocratic display with evident eccentricity. His Runefang identifies an Elector Count rather than an ordinary noble. The notice introduces the character whose unusual behaviour shapes the campaign reports. Dave Thomas’s sculpt supplies a particularly colourful army centrepiece.
