Riders of Gondor
January 2009·pp. 48–49
THE SHORT VERSION
Knights of Minas Tirith offer a comparatively affordable mounted contingent, whereas the Knights of Dol Amroth become a much greater investment when accompanied by Imrahil. Both rely on securing charges rather than being trapped in an exchange that wastes their cavalry advantages. The article emphasises nearby heroic support and Might as ways to keep the initiative, making a smaller well-led mounted force more useful than an unsupported collection of expensive riders.
