The four-player northern campaign reaches its conclusion as Phil Kelly, Nick Bayton, Wade Pryce and Pete Foley compete for territory, divine favour and the title of Emperor of Chaos. Early land grabs and uneven rewards give way to decisive clashes involving Chosen, cavalry and Daemons. Wade’s final recovery and alliance victory secure the imperial title, while Pete holds the largest realm; the accompanying player reflections explain why campaign success need not match simple battlefield aggression.

Wade and Phil’s clash ends in a draw despite several dangerous character and magic combinations. Charnal Gorehand’s Bloodskull Pendant threatens models in contact without relying on a conventional challenge, while Proteus Klaw adds potent Tzeentchian sorcery to Phil’s army. Chosen flee and recover, and Nurgle’s Grumbleguts repeatedly disappoints, making the report a useful example of how impressive gifts can still produce an indecisive campaign result.
