Painting the Armour
December 2008·p. 84
THE SHORT VERSION
The rider’s green armour is raised through desert yellow and pale flesh mixtures, then varied with selectively placed purple, yellow and red glazes. Fine cuts and brown shading suggest damage. The mount’s barding follows a darker green-black foundation with related pale edges and weathering. Using similar hues at different brightness keeps the model unified while ensuring the Chaos Lord remains the visual focus.
