Drybrushing Vehicles: Leman Russ Battle Tank
August 2007·p. 85
THE SHORT VERSION
Broad khaki and green camouflage bands receive progressively lighter, restrained drybrushing that reveals rivets and edges without picking out each one by hand. Metallic tracks and weapons are finished separately, then earthy dust ties the lower vehicle to its base. Painted chips and a brown-orange recess wash supply localised damage and rust, complementing the broad highlights rather than overwhelming the tank’s shape.
