THE SHORT VERSION

Pete Foley takes a simply basecoated Marine to a display finish through selective washes and progressively finer layers. Orange highlights intensify the red armour, several metallic grades sharpen the weapons, and green lenses provide a focal contrast. Transfers are secured under gloss before an overall protective finish, showing how an efficient initial scheme can remain the foundation for much more elaborate work.
