The Grand Duchy of Talabecland
February 2007·p. 53
THE SHORT VERSION
The Great Forest and worship of Taal shape Talabecland’s red-and-yellow regiments, whose banners may be dipped in the sacred Talabec. Antlered trees and keen-eyed eagles express the wild god’s protection. Talabheim’s white-and-red troops instead emphasise the city’s unusual crater setting and twin-tailed comet, placing a local interpretation beside the wider province.
