The new Empire General frame supplies mounted and foot characters, a standard bearer and a broad range of weapons and heraldic accessories. Illustrated assembly paths are followed by conversions that mix State Troop, Knightly Order and Outrider pieces to create provincial identities. Dave Andrews’ Helmut Feuerbach demonstrates how scratch-built parts and combined heads can turn the flexible kit into a specific Elector Count.
