Dave Andrews models Talabecland’s missing Elector Count as he rode out against Chaos, combining plastic components with a scratch-built lance and shield. Reworked heads give him both an eye-patch and elaborate headgear, while red, yellow and white details acknowledge Talabecland and Talabheim. Notes on lacquered armour, the Runefangs and the electoral system connect the conversion to the rank and history of the character.
