THE SHORT VERSION

Joe Wiltshire and Rob West take a Dwarf partnership to Conflict London, selecting compact forces with solid infantry, missile troops and artillery. Early defeats expose delayed reserves and the danger of mobile opponents, but two later massacres recover their standing to forty-sixth place. Their combined collection wins Best Army, balancing a frank account of tournament mistakes with the pleasure of well-painted forces and enjoyable opponents.
