Grey Knights
September 2006·p. 96
THE SHORT VERSION
Captain Stern and Grey Knights in power and Terminator armour show how small red, gold and parchment details can enliven a largely silver force. Brown Ink shades gold recesses, fine grey edges define black weapons and pale highlights keep purity seals readable. The heraldry examples also suggest combining transfers with painting, or using a technical pen for tiny lettering, to achieve consistent detail across an army.
