THE SHORT VERSION

Thranduil’s forest patrol combines a captain, three Sentinels and groups equipped with bows, spears or throwing weapons. Archers remain protected behind the advancing force while Thranduil’s Heroic actions help the knife-armed Elves close and concentrate attacks. The Circlet of Kings offers a timely defensive power, and the Sentinels interfere with enemy models, giving an otherwise lightly protected force ways to dictate which parts of the opposing army it fights.
