Modelling Workshop: Converting Tau Battlesuits
May 2006·pp. 70–74
THE SHORT VERSION
The workshop shows how careful cuts, pins and revised limb positions bring activity to Crisis suits, Broadsides and commanders. Balanced jumping poses and crushed scenery convey weight, while exchanged heads, experimental weapons and spare shoulder pads alter individual silhouettes. A final Eavy Metal gallery ranges from airborne and melee poses to a mirrored finish, demonstrating the variety possible within the recognisable battlesuit structure.
